Business background

Joanna is an experienced business and executive coach, she has been coaching for 16 years. Prior to this, Joanna was a Senior Vice President and Corporate Banker with Citigroup in South Africa for ten years, where after she also oversaw Citibank’s CEEMEA region for regional multinational business from Brussels and London, covering 16 global multinational industries (IT, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, Branded Consumer) across 38 countries, for some months. This previous experience as a Senior VP in global international banking allows her to understand key issues in the corporate world and how they relate to clients’ business environments and organizational objectives. Prior to Citigroup, Joanna was in sales and marketing for a number of years, which today informs her networking and global connector skills.

Joanna has a successful track record working and living in South Africa; Milan, Italy; and now in London, UK, coaching senior leaders and managers to measurably improve their business results, via one on one executive, team and group coaching. She coaches in the banking, financial, auditing, insurance, manufacturing and retail sectors, focusing on transformational and culture change, organizational development and coaching leaders towards obtaining deliverable results.
