Business background

Mehmet was founding partner of Prolivus Learning and Development Solutions in Istanbul,Turkey in 2008. He has been a senior consultant for The Oxford Group since 2019.

He designs and delivers C-level and middle manager level training and immersive development programmes to enhance understanding of the digital economy, disruptive business models and emerging technologies.

He also help leaders to develop their personal leadership in order to innovate and operate like a start-up. He incorporates design thinking, lean start-up for enterprises, design sprints, business model design and jobs-to-be-done methodologies into his programmes.

He was founding partner of Girisim Training and Consultancy in Ankara, Turkey between 1998-2008, working extensively with start-ups and SMEs on their effort to establish or scale up their businesses. Mehmet participated in major entrepreneurship development programmes funded by EU, UNDP and World Bank
