Coaching skills is a one-day, ready-to-run coaching training course.

This ready-to-run short course provides a thorough introduction to the skills and techniques of coaching others at work. Participants learn a coaching framework which can be used in a variety of situations from short informal discussions to formal appraisals and will enable participants to help others to continuously improve – as well as themselves.

We measure the impact of this one-day coaching training course through post-course evaluation, giving you confidence about the return on your investment. The relationships and learning community built between participants during the course fosters peer support, engagement and on-going personal development.

Course details

Course delivery:

Coaching skills is a one-day workshop for up to 16 participants that is led by one of our consultants in a location of your choice. The day will generally run from 9am to 5pm, with individual topics taking between 30 minutes to one hour.
