Get fit, stay fit with The Oxford Group’s high intensity toolkit for managers
At The Oxford Group, we know that great business performance starts with great managers. That’s why we’ve created Impact: high intensity toolkit for managers to help your management community build the skills and confidence they need to drive high engagement and performance in your organisation.
Impact is a truly blended learning experience, delivered either completely virtually or with face-to-face sessions, giving you the flexibility you need right now. Designed with agility in mind, Impact enables managers to access the learning they need, exactly when and where they need it.
“Never before has it been so important to build organisations where people feel supported, included and engaged so they can perform at their very best. Your management community are hugely influential in achieving this and Impact is a unique and collaborative way of developing them”. Caroline Taylor- Director of Client Solutions and Innovation at The Oxford Group.
Engaging content delivered via our learning experience platform is bought to life in facilitated virtual HIIT (high intensity interval training) workshops, one to one personal coaching and Impact group workouts - giving space to practice and share experience.
Managers can progress through the five content bursts at their own pace, guided by a self-assessment to really pinpoint their needs and tailor their experience. Content bursts focus on the topic areas we know managers need most, and they can spend as long or as little time in each as they’d like:
- Management essentials
- Building trust
- Motivating people
- Developing people
- Preparing for the future
Oliver Herold, CEO at The Oxford Group shares that “We’ve listened to our clients and their needs for flexible development journeys with engaging content, collaboration and opportunities to practice and get feedback. We’re proud and excited to launch this programme and demonstrate the Impact it will have in your organisation”.
